As a QA at Care of Sweden, you will be a key person in ensuring quality, product safety, and compliance in an organization that makes a real difference for people. You will have an independent role where you work with quality assurance throughout the chain – from purchasing and production to suppliers and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and analyzing quality trends related to product safety and performance

• Coordinating and following up on quality deviations and corrective actions

• Conducting internal audits and product audits

• Establishing control plans and following up on verification and validation activities

• Compiling and reporting quality-related KPIs

• Contributing to risk management efforts

You will be an important part of a dedicated QA/RA team in Tranemo, reporting to the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer. The role involves some travel, primarily to the company's facility in Latvia a few times a year.

We are looking for someone with experience in quality assurance, such as QA, Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or Quality Technician. You have likely worked in the industry and have an understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 13485. Experience as an internal auditor is a plus, as is good familiarity with administrative systems and the Office suite.

As a person, you are analytical, meticulous, and structured, with a strong drive and a natural ability to collaborate. You have an eye for detail but also see the bigger picture, and you enjoy working systematically to ensure high quality at all levels. With your problem-solving skills and integrity, you contribute to both developing processes and creating security within the organization. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
